Bob is married with two beautiful daughters and is an "almost" lifetime resident of Provo. He graduated from Provo High and BYU. Extracurricular activities, while at BYU included participation in the debate team and an LDS mission to France.
Early career years were spent developing, operating, and franchising restaurants and sandwich shops.
The past dozen plus years have been primarily dedicated to selling real estate along with a little custom home design and construction. The Utah Real Estate market has been a pleasant experience. [See Bob's Awards]
Buyers
You won't find an agent easier to talk to or catch on the phone. Nor will you find one more knowledgeable about the Utah County area. No pressure is appropriate when dealing with the buyers. An agent's role should be meeting buyers preferences and counseling them on value and resale ability. Extensive experience in virtually all aspects of residential, commercial and developmental real estate as well as entrepreneurial business brings valuable insight into finding a good value. In negotiating price or terms for a buyer, an old debate lesson revealed the soft spoken, but firm and logical approach wins more points than an adversarial approach.
Sellers
If you're listing a property, people make you a lot of "promises" but in the end it is only the RESULTS that count. Since Prudential does significantly more volume than the #2 office in the county, the market dominance of our office is a great exposure boost, which sellers need in this market. Bob's led this #1 Utah County office in closing volume 6 of the last 12 years. This ought to suggest "SIGNIFICANT RESULTS." Very little, if any, of Bob's time is focused on soliciting listings even though real estate seminars always teach that this is the path to high income and working with buyers is not time effective. Bob's focus is working with buyers, and generally only sellers who approach him. Your odds of selling are much higher with a selling focused agent, than one of the many agents who spend the day calling listing prospects. Bob's listings get a lot of color print exposure in the newspaper and several real estate magazines, probably the highest individual advertising budgets in the county. His listings are exposed to about a dozen Internet sites, and when a buyer calls, it's very rare that you can't get a hold of him directly. Bob pays for additional listing exposure on several web sites and engines.
